Ashley's coming home tomorrow. They've sorted his sleep problems out with ... Ready Brek! Apparently it weighs him down and helps him sleep.

The kids and Gill had a great day at Chester Zoo with friends and I stayed at home and watched the Grand Prix.

It's too hot.

He's had a good night's sleep on the ward and is eating well. They seem to be giving juice instead of milk for some reason. Got fed by the nurses - meat pie and beans mmm. Home for 7.

 
Long day (found out my boss has shingles, must be going round, a colleague had it last week)

Ashley's back in hospital.

He's not been sleeping well and they want to examine him and monitor him for a day or so.
